"In court and on the high seas..." - You know what they say. But in our experience, it's rarely true. In fact, civil proceedings in particular have much more in common with the game of chess than with "Black Jack" (and, to quote a judge, the labour courts are also "not the Wild West of justice").

We know the rules and have experience. Therefore, we can reliably assess the chances and risks of a lawsuit and decide with you whether a lawsuit should be filed or other options should be exhausted. We represent you before all civil and labour courts in Germany with the exception of the Federal Supreme Court.
